JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Responsible for partnering with ALL functional business areas to develop and execute short and long-term strategies for enterprise-wide operational excellence focusing on business process improvement. This is a sole contributor role and shall work with Project Team comprises of cross-functional business teams to identify, prioritize, facilitate, and drive business transformation and Business Process Re-engineering initiatives for long term continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the end-to-end process change plan for ALL the business functional domains in relation to ERP system standards
  • Manage transformation projects, working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to identify and translate complex business requirements into a system solution
  • Develop the process change plan with stakeholders by promoting the use of standard methodology, tools and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Responsible for the Processes changes, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion for each phase of system implementation within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial areas, ensuring consistency and alignment with company strategies, goals, processes and procedures.
  • Identify risks with regards to the changes and develop strategies to overcome and/or address potential issues.
  • As a Change Leader accountable for executing the change management plan, management of the impacts, and issues/risks associated with the change
  • Lead in the adoption of the new ways of working in new processes and provide support/coaching to users for change management.
  • Provide comprehensive consultation on process flow to Business users and IT Technical staff on all phases of the project cycle
  • Actively participating and contributing to knowledge sharing to build up the Centre of Expertise (CoE)
  • Manage relationships with vendor and internal stakeholders in ensuring high standards and quality of technical solutions, keeping abreast of the latest technology developments
  • Understand new system technology functional modules offered and enable these modules to improve critical business processes
  • Creation and Maintenance of appropriate project documentation including design, configuration and end-user training guides
  • Accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how easily these solutions can be implemented

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • 6+ years working in change management, organizational design, and/or Business Process transformation programs.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation programs with system change  (preferably on SAP)
  • Hands-on experience in opportunity analysis, business case development, implementation and change management required.
  • Strong ability to influence (persuasive and tactful) and work with stakeholders at all levels. Adept with managing conflict and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Experience in project management, business transformation, and/or consultancy
  • Knowledge of Financial costings that support the backend business flow processes, especially in the Food & Beverages Manufacturing-Sales environment, is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business systems and processes
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, problem-solving and execution skills to drive organizational change.
  • Team player who can collaborate across function, organization, and part of the program team
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and other languages is an advantage
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to quality, willing to take on new challenges, self-motivated, takes ownership, goal-oriented.
