JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of SEA Finance Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Monitor and manage the performance of the daily processes and workflows in ensuring that all key performance metrics defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, if not exceeded.
- Communicate outcomes of the agreed key performance metrics via monthly Service Review Meeting with the relevant stakeholders, highlighting issues, identifying root causes and resolving them collectively.
- Continuously drive a team culture that adopts best practices; identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the resources in the team including recruitment, training & development, coaching, distribution of workloads, retention and overseeing the well-being of the team members.
- Ensure a high level of stakeholder service management and satisfaction.
- Manage ad hoc assignments or projects which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or professional accounting certification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in an MNC shared services environment.
- Experience with SAP System is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage stakeholders across the region and globally
- Implementation experience in ERP is an added advantage
- Strong critical thinking abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to perform in a deadline-based environment
- Strong & effective team player and practise team cohesion to work towards a common goal
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
