JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5/6 staff.
  • Assist and coordinate in payroll data migration and parallel testing.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the team members.
  • Ensure that the month-end close related reports are submitted to clients in a timely manner, that all payroll-related reports and/or information are accurately and completely recorded and reported.
  • Responsible for administering and monitoring payroll processing schedules for associates in the team.
  • Monitor and coordinates the end to end payroll process of associates in line with ISAE3402 requirements.
  • Ensure adequate resource planning to maintain service level with SLA.
  • Verify reconciliation and payroll reports prior to transmission to the client.
  • Guide and ensure proper payroll statutory compliance applied on compensation paid through payroll.
  • Coordinate and monitor accurate and timely year-end reporting.
Requirements

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Able to converse in Cantonese.
  • Familiar with the filing of statutory forms and Companies Acts
  • Able to work independently and be a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
  • Able to identify and demonstrate clear comprehension of customers and organizational needs.
  • Confident in facing challenges
