JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Reporting to the Head of HR, the job holder is expected to drive the Talent Acquisition initiative and set up a framework to move the TA agenda forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable Talent Acquisition Strategy and drive end to end talent acquisition activities to deliver results within the targeted timeline
• Work closely with hiring managers to acquire an adequate understanding of the requirements and expectations on the role for search
• Proactively uses new ways and sourcing methodologies (especially for niche positions) to attract high-quality talents
• Facilitate the screening, assessment, interviewing arrangement and selection processes utilizing an appropriate template, including determining the most relevant assessment tools and/or interview questions to gauge candidates’ potential
• Provide market insight to the business such as competitive intelligence and researches regarding compensation trends, roles evolvement in the industry, elements affecting talent acquisition and staff retention

Key Interfaces

• All hiring managers up to the MD level, recruitment agencies, internal & external candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 to 5 years talent acquisition experience in a professional working environment
• Proven experience in the direct sourcing of candidates and active networking in the marketplace to source for the right pool of potential candidates
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
