JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Position based in Singapore but may be required to travel to various project locations.
- Provide application support for our large-scale system solutions to our global clients
- Prioritize resolution of technical issues for direct investigation and resolution, escalation to our Engineering team
- Establish systems and processes for receiving and managing issues and proactively follow-up with the issues reported
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce issues
- Build a knowledge base of commonly reported issues and their resolution when known
- Train external application users on the knowledge gap on the issues reported
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or development.
- Experience in ASP.Net / VB.Net / SQL Database would be an added advantage.
- Able to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
- The willingness to learn new technologies and systems quickly, and adapt to a very dynamic, fast-changing environment
- An understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies
