JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance of the Parts Business function. Strategize the Parts Business action plan and activities to meet the objectives and targets set by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, plan and execute short-term and long-term parts business activities to meet Annual Management Plan and future Company’s plan respectively.
• Monitor the market trends related to automotive parts business and analyze the business to forecast performance in sales, revenue and profitability.
• Constantly seeks to develop new domestic and overseas for the Company’s parts business opportunities.
• Review contract documents and communicate with the Company’s legal department to ensure unbiased contract to both the Company and the customers.
• Undertake full responsibility for complaints and feedbacks received from internal and external customers.
• Foster good long-term relationship with customers to generate future business opportunities.
• Monitor and control division cost within the allocated budget.
• Set-up and ensure all Parts Business’s procedures are fully implemented across the division.
• Plan and supervise staff development within the division to ensure availability of future pool of talents.
• Prepare and present monthly report to MCM meeting or Board Paper to Board of Directors Meeting.
• Responsible for Corrective Action Report implementation and closure.
• Ensure consistently monitoring information from customers and shared to the respective personnel for further action.

Requirements

• Degree in related field
• At least seven (7) years of experience preferably in Automotive Parts Business environment
• Able to work independently, and effectively command and strategize team work.
