JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Incident solving mainly in SD and MM module in Schaeffler Japan and other locations in the Asia Pacific for Sales/PLM
- Consult the usage in SD/MM module
- Support SAP FICO and HR (Escalation to global BAM support team)
- Implementation of SAP training in Japan to improve SAP knowledge
- Enable or Support RFC (Request For Change)
- EDI (Intercompamy / Customer) support
- BW Support
- RPA regional developer
- Support of other applications which are related to SAP (e.g. Schaeffler Store)
- Support of Move and Fit For Quality activities within the area of IT Dept.
- Closely monitor the own working hours and conditions, motivation, and mental health and continuously work to support a healthy work-life balance
Requirements- More than 3 year
relevant working experience in SAP support.
- Fluency in English and Japanese communication (both written and spoken - at least N3 Level)
- Communication and Coordination skills
- Good understanding of general SAP structures, reports,
programs, configuration standards.
- High readiness to work and ability to learn quickly, and being capable of working under pressure with high quality
