JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities

• To achieve sales targets by implementing corporate sales & marketing plans for the region. Ability to foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.
• To understand and identify customer’s product needs, market trends and industry information
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
• Maintains relationships with supplier by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

Job requirement

• Diploma or degree in science, marketing or other discipline
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other local languages would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications  and CRM software
• Skills in sales presentation 
• Possess own transport
