JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve program profitability and work-scoping. Be responsible for the business’s profitability.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal company organizations and customers on all contractual negotiations, Engineering Change and RFQ.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution and business development; promote its total solution capabilities within customers’ and potential customer’s organizations.
- Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
