JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Manage distributors' performance – which covers primary sales, secondary sales, service, delivery on time, inventory, etc
- Manage and coach distributors' sales force, drive the productivity of on-call coverage, effective call, route planning, expand distribution, establish trade rapport, develop package selling program, achieve sell-in and sell-out targets
- Work closely with distributors' supervisors to ensure the execution is as per plan, monitor sales team performance, minimize trade return.
- Delivery on Behalf and operation matter
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (Economics, Marketing or relevant)
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- An eye for details and is meticulous at all time with a good working attitude
- Must be mobile and willing to explore on transfer to other regions
Experience:
- Experience in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in handling GT Channel in the FMCG industry
- Good networking skills
- Preferably with experience in the personal care category
