JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- To lead the whole customized automation and equipment integration business and day-to-day operations.
- Plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for improving safety, quality, delivery, throughput or productivity, staying aware of modern technologies and operational methods, to drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales strategies and product roadmaps to gain market share in new business, as well as to improve sales revenue. Accountable for business’s profit & loss
- Identify and develop skills in new technologies necessary for the growth and success of the build/release management team.
- Build & sustain good relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of work experiences in Automation Build industry.
- MUST have a strong Mechanical Design background
