JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic business partner to CHRO, his direct reports and country HRDs.
  • Lead project implementation of HRIS and other business application solutions.
  • Champion HR analytics with BI & Tableau
  • Architect IT solutions
  • Review all vendor plans, documentation, and deliverables for approval; Involve in project planning, budget planning, coordinate overall project.
  • Serve as interface between the company and vendor organizations.
  • Adopt global best practices and refine HR processes.
  • Obtain and provide information, data decisions, and approvals.
  • Identify and report/escalate to respective leads/group and appropriate stakeholders on issues or risks.
  • Manage IT Supplier on project delivery and support.
  • Ensure the system is well supported including managing quarterly system upgrade

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years’ experience with SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge and configuration experience of the employee central, talent management, compensation, learning solutions and/or analytics
  • Experience of HR process design, business case development, HR technology solutions and shared service implementations
  • Experience of project management methods and lifecycle, change management methodology and end-to-end implementation.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients.
  • Proven track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution
