JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle the full set of accounts, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax and treasury issues. Finalize and close monthly accounts.
· Assist in the upcoming SST compliance and submission.
· Preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
· Ensure tax compliance and co-ordinate year-end audit.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and suppliers.
· Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, business valuation, financial projections and any related reports for management decision making.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy.
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields. Preferably with experience in the property industry.
· Prefer candidates with experience handling the full set account or an audit background.
· Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative and commitment to meet tight reporting deadlines
· Capability to lead a small team.
