JOB DESCRIPTION
Job purpose
This is an opportunity to join an expanding creative team to help lay the creative foundations. You will be hands-on and will have a desire to produce creative work to a high standard.
Duties and responsibilities
· Reporting to Creative Director, produce and deliver innovative UI experiences and design concepts
· Provide creative input, visual design development, art direction, develop layout and templates
· Leading & supervising designers to complete work on time with good quality
· Work closely with the PM and technical team on planning and execution, from small changes in a flow to creating entirely from scratch
· Helping estimate resource requirements accurately
· Treat the client’s business as you would your own, with a focus on achieving results – gain trust and respect from the client
Qualifications
· 4-6 years of experience in large-scale responsive website, mobile and social platform design
· A skilful user of Adobe design software
· Strong UI skills with a solid UX understanding
· High level of proficiency in branding, online marketing, typography, animation and media concepts
· Digital exposure/experience from a creative agency is an advantage
· Good team player, responsible, mature and detail-minded
· Able to work independently and to supervise subordinates
· Able to work multi-task and commit to rigid deadlines
· Sensitive to market trend in digital and web technology
· Good communication and presentation skill
· Candidates without a portfolio will NOT be considered
· Graduated from Art & Design university/college (preferred, not required)
