JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) Team is responsible for maximizing customer value and product engagement within our target markets. The LCM team achieves this through comprehensive analysis and understanding of customer behaviors at each of the lifecycle stages (New, Retained or Inactive) and then applying this information to develop and successfully execute strategies, campaigns and targeted activities to deliver customer value.

The Lifecycle Team Lead, is responsible for managing the team in KL office, delivery campaign projects on time and the campaign quality control to make sure it meets the requirement from Marketing Managers and Head of Lifecycle Asia.

You will also be responsible for helping Lifecycle Project Coordinator to implement and execute campaigns and projects. You will work directly with LCM Marketing managers to understand the scope and requirements of each campaign and ensure all deliverables and projects are executed on time.

You will report directly to the Head of Lifecycle Asia and work closely with Marketing Operations, Creative, Acquisition Marketing and Customer Service team.

Experience

·  5+ years experience working experience

·  At least 2-year experience working in Online Marketing. Having Online Gaming experience would be a plus.

·  At least 2 years of management experience

·  Fluent in English and Mandarin

·  A highly-organized approach.

·  Positive thinking, responsible and willing to work under high pressure

Responsibilities:

·  Manage KL LCM Team and report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing Asia.

·  Ensure the team’s productivity, stability and quality meet requirements in line with LCM teams OKR.

·  Execute the marketing strategy and plan as set out according to timeline while driving the campaign operation and quality control.

·  Manage KL LCM Team and as a guardian to deliver campaigns which meet campaign strategy and expectation.

·  Manage and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives.

·  Work with key stakeholders, Marketing Operation, Content, Creative, Customer Services, VIP team…etc. to implement and drive campaign strategy

·  Deliver campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations Campaign Reporting

·  Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing Asia and ensure that campaigns are achieving an appropriate return on investment in line with OKR’s.

·  Deliver bi-weekly optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including the use of web analytics tools such as WebTrekk, email data reports, OKR Tracker etc

·  Carry out post-campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaign
