JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
Management of in-country solution team
Design reliable solutions to meet the needs of the business clients
Responsible for developing high-quality submissions to customers
Provide documentation and updates of the solutions designed for customers
To work closely with the Sales and Support team to support the customers' ongoing services and implementation
Develop solution offering with partner and other business units
Perform proof of concept lab to demonstrate solution and feature to customer
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any IT/Engineering/Telco related discipline
Min. 10 years of experience in a Networking/Technical Position with 3 years as team manager
Good understanding of the following technology domains, with subject matter expertise in at least 2 of them;
o Network & Security
Routing and Switch
Mobility Solution
WAN optimization
Firewall, IPS, VPN
Threat Management
Network Management
o Unified Communication
TDM Voice Technology
IP Telephony
Contact Centre
Conference Solution
Video Solution
o System & Storage
Server – Intel and RISC
Operation System – Windows, Unix, Linux
Virtualization – VMWare, Citrix & Microsoft
System Utilities
System Management
o Data Center Practice
o Application Development
Business Intelligence
Database
Customer Relation Management
Candidates with experience in a presales background would be preferred
Vendor certification would be required (Cisco, VMWare, Juniper, etc)
Experience in designing large complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
