JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities include the following:
· Assist the AR team in issuing invoices;
· Assist the AP team in checking the monthly staff claims;
· Responsible for GL functions and ensure all the monthly journal vouchers are imported into accounting system correctly;
· Assist in preparing the monthly reporting package;
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation and accounts/finance related matters;
· Assist in preparing the quarterly GST submissions and corporate income tax;
· Implement relevant policies and internal control procedures in line with the Corporate Finance policies
· Liaison with tax agents, external and internal auditors
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
· 2 – 3 years of audit working experience and some commercial experience is an advantage
· Strong Excel skills to do analytical reviews
· Proficiency in the Chinese language, both written and spoken
· Good knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping
· Meticulous and detailed with strong analytical skills
· Self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented team player
· Good organization and multitasking skills
