JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include the directing of subordinates in the review and negotiation of lease transactions, agreements and the renewal of tenancies.
Formulates marketing and leasing strategies, rental review and tenants mix.
Directs and manages the sourcing, identification and securing of tenants for both commercial and retail space.
Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
Develops and implements strategies, policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of the department.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others.
