JOB DESCRIPTION
The main purpose of the position is to design and develop tester system hardware and interfaces, maintain current systems and provide 2nd level support Operations globally.
- Tester system PCB-design
- 3D-design of tester system hardware components
- Tester system's interface design
- PLC-programming
- Visual testing system development
- RFID-reader/tester evaluations
- Communicate with external tester system suppliers/vendors
- Create specifications, technical requirements and documentation on new RFID production tester systems –
Create feasibility studies and technical analysis about RFID-applications
- Support Operations with tester system's trouble-shooting (Level 2)
- Responsible for the team´s tools, equipment and working area in the team's lab.
Minimum Requirements:
- MSc or BSc degree in any relevant field - 5+ years’ experience in electronic industry
- Good know-how of PCB-design tools
- Good know-how of 3D design tools (e.g. AutoCad, SolidWorks)
- Good know-how on testing technologies
- Good know-how on communication interfaces, e.g. RS232
- Good written and spoken English
- Fluent with basic MS-Tools, e.g. MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
Preferred: - Experience with RF-measurement systems
- Experience with RFID technologies and RFID-protocols
- Experience with PLC programming
