Job Title: Marketing  Manager, SEA and ANZ

Reports to: Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific

Department: Demand Generation Marketing

Job Purpose

The  Marketing Manager will work together with regional sales and marketing teams to develop and execute external demand generation marketing programs and activities for the regions.  This role also works closely with business development, and senior management to define business objectives with clear metrics, and to build a measurable strategy for delivery.

Dimensions

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a divisional marketing plan and budget, which may include high impact and integrated marketing mix events, campaigns, programs and promotions – online and offline. The Manager  has line management responsibility for the divisional marketing team and for developing and maintaining a complementary working relationship with corporate marketing. The position will require travelling and communication, mainly within SEA and ANZ regions.  

Principal Accountabilities

The primary objective of the Marketing Manager is to manage, execute and measure all demand generation, customer events, social and digital campaigns, plan and execute communication activities and create better brand awareness in key growth markets and countries and support the regional business growth and revenue objectives. 

Primary Responsibilities

•Plan, design, execute and track demand generation programs with strong and sustainable marketing mix activities that are both OUR CLIENT-led and Industry-led, directly or indirectly with an approved agency. 

•Interact closely with account managers, sales support and Director of Marketing for leads management, leads follow up and monitoring of pipeline performance via CRM and SCAR reports. 

•Understand, manage and maintain leads in CRM and leverage marketing automation systems to derive analysis and monitor overall program performance results. 

•Repurposing of corporate programs for regional use

•Creation of unique regional marketing programs

•Monitor, analyse and communicate industry trends and market intelligence.  

•Creation and management of regional content for corporate website

•Design of web and telemarketing lead generation campaigns

•Promote OUR CLIENT's solution message through regional press engagements

•Supervise the translation of corporate content into regional languages

•Relationship management with local press & industry analysts

•Development of regional advertisement campaigns

•Regional customer newsletter production and distribution

•Delivery of editorial and customer case study content and close coordination with account managers. 

•Provide regional content contribution for OUR CLIENT's World Magazine

•Measurement and reporting of marketing plan metrics (ROI)

•Manage quarterly budget allocation to support quarterly marketing plan and programs, manage the budgeting and PO process using PRAF, track the business results of marketing programs against marketing spend to report Marketing ROI metrics.

Important Working Relationships

It is essential that the Marketing Manager  is a strong leader and team player with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. This position will work alongside regional sales and business development, as well as the corporate marketing team and marketing colleagues around the world.  The Marketing Manager  will also be responsible for creating and managing relationships with external suppliers, key journalists and analysts, event agencies.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

•Minimum bachelor degree in any field
