JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including Engineers and other relevant persons.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
• Develop a deep understanding of our sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company's sheet metal fabrication solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Manage the customer sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance and forecasts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders according to customers' requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and project specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
• Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Assist customers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliveries.
• Address any post-sale issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service.
• Guide, mentor, and support sales team members to enhance their capabilities and improve overall team performance.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to the Deputy Managing Director.

• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry standards, product specifications, and customer requirements.
• Working experience of at least 5 years and above in sales within the sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or related industries.
